Remote Job-Data Analyst
Job Summary:
This role provides assistance and maintenance to various Coding Operations team processes, performing vendor reconciliations, and creating and reporting enterprise and market-related dashboards and reports. The resource will partner with the Lead Data Analyst overseeing the Comprehensive Medical Chart Review (CMCR) project and be a crucial part of the Risk Adjustment team.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes for the Coding Operations team, which may include but is not limited to documentation maintenance and reporting.
Collaborate with department staff and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and meeting deadlines.
- Manage and report on the CMCR PNP Processes.
- Supervise and report on Attestations Processes.
- Manage the Appx chart upload process.
- Regularly monitor and meet goals to align with business objectives.
- Help in completing special projects as required by internal business partners.
- Work with and support other departments when needed.
- Provide support to Lead Data Analyst and Coding Operations Vendor Coding Manager.
- Must have expertise in Microsoft applications particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Additional duties may be requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in related field or related experience.
- Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector, with preference given to those with experience in Medicare Advantage.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Access.
- Knowledge of SQL or similar skill set preferred.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- If working remotely, internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we are offering an hourly rate between 26 - 39 USD / hourly, based on experience and geographic location. Additionally, the role is eligible for participation in an annual bonus plan.
